A broken foot and triple slip disc!!!, not a great place to be during Covid.A fall led me to the above situation. With no other remedy but to keep my movements to a minimal-I was in bed for 4 months. The only advice the doctors gave me over the phone was – “will yourself to walk”. With excruciating pain at every movement this was a tall order. Months spent in bed -I was depressed, unsure of how my life was going to take a turn. The loss of a very dear one, and I was resigned to be in bed forever. Archana stepped in like an angel. Over the past few months I’ve been struggling with hair loss and dryness in the scalp, which is why I was excited to be introduced to the world of pure essential oils and flower essences through Allay.
