A broken foot and triple slip disc!!!, not a great place to be during Covid.A fall led me to the above situation. With no other remedy but to keep my movements to a minimal-I was in bed for 4 months. The only advice the doctors gave me over the phone was – “will yourself to walk”. With excruciating pain at every movement this was a tall order. Months spent in bed -I was depressed, unsure of how my life was going to take a turn. The loss of a very dear one, and I was resigned to be in bed forever. Archana stepped in like an angel. Her essences and healing gently helped me to change my perspective. I started taking baby steps willingly at home. My husband and daughter celebrated my first 25 steps (in an entire day) that I took. Archana in her new Allay avatar has been amazing with all the innovations and healing combinations she has created with her heart and the knowledge she has learnt and now applies. Over the past few months I’ve been struggling with hair loss and dryness in the scalp, which is why I was excited to be introduced to the world of pure essential oils and flower essences through Allay.
